Upholding the view that children are capable thinkers and communicators, we consider children our most valuable asset and always prioritise their interests.
Not only are we constantly committed to helping young students absorb new knowledge, but we also lay great emphasis on their growth and well-being. We celebrate every child's independence and autonomy and integrate encouragement and heuristic guidance into our teaching to our students. As for the qualities that we want in our teachers, kindness, and a sense of responsibility are at the top of the list. Together we will create the best and the safest environment for our students. To achieve this goal, we will make meticulous plans and decisions together for ASJ, ranging from the design of classrooms, the activities for students, to the selections of students' toys. Furthermore, we attach special emphasis to the importance of the holistic development of children. We will build and strengthen students'social, emotional, physical, and cognitive capabilities through a range of activities.
In addition to honing the independence skills of our students, we hope to make them braver and feel more confident. While learning and living with their peers, our students will become better at getting along with each other, accepting others, caring about the group, and developing their teamwork and socialising skills.
To help students acclimatise themselves to the formal education stage, our teaching team has prepared a comprehensive list of primary educational assessments that are effective in helping students get adapted to changes and adjust to the school community
