对于各位即将入读我校的学生，我们在此谨代表广州暨大港澳子弟学校欢迎你入读本校，在新学期到来之前我们有如下的工作安排：

暑期学习

Summer Holiday Learning Plans

为了让你在接下来能够有充实的学习安排和学术提升，根据学校统一要求，我们将给你提供暑假的学习计划和阅读书目建议。具体详见我校发送给家长的电子邮件。

学情前测

Comprehensive Assessments

为了让每一个学生在 ASJ 都能茁壮成长，我们将根据学生实际情况来安排最适合学生的课程。

我们将在8 月 27 日进行学情前测，8 月 29 日-8 月 30 日之间会通知编班安排和组建新的班级群。

8月27日学情前测具体情况如下：

测试年级

G5, G6,G7,G8,G9,G0

测试时间

小学部：8月27日8:30-12:00

（具体入校后由学部统一安排）

中学部：8月27日9:00-12:00

（具体入校后由学部统一安排）

测试科目

小学部（语文、英文、数学）

中学部（英文、数学）

请暑假期间积极做好相关学科的复习和学术准备。

新生入学注册

Student Registration Arrangement

为了使你能顺利、有序、规范地入学，我校定于2021年8月27日统一现场办理新生入学注册手续，具体事项如下

5-10年级新生注册时间：

8月27日8:30-12:00

（家长办理手续，学生参加学情前测）

KG、1-4年级以及11、12年级新生注册时间：

8月27日14:00-16:00

(新生入学注册内容：提交资料，填写注册表，核对校车信息，领取校服等）

2021-2022学年住宿和校车乘坐登记表

（已填写了不用重复填写）

2021-2022学年校服尺码及领取登记表

学生个人证件复印件(通行证/护照)
学生所就读学校过去两年的官方成绩单或在校评价报告（中英文皆可，或英文翻译报告），小学一年级及幼儿园可豁免
目前接种/免疫记录的复印件（接种证明仅限幼儿园和一年级）
体检报告(常规体检证明)
学生个人证件照电子版（2寸皆可）
监护人的护照/身份证复印件
学生参加各类活动、竞赛获奖证书；雅思或托福成绩单等

宿舍物品建议清单

Suggested List of Dormitory Items

学校配备的物品有（均不再收费）

空调、洗衣机、床、床垫、衣柜、四件套等

学生个人需准备的物品有

水杯2个（教室、宿舍各1个）、换洗衣服2-3套备用（白天需穿校服）、被褥、运动鞋、黑色正装皮鞋、黑白短袜若干、内衣裤、睡衣、浴巾、拖鞋、牙杯、牙膏、牙刷、毛巾、沐浴露、洗发水、衣架等生活用品

防疫政策

who return Guangdong from other places

如学生从香港/澳门/台湾或国外入境内地，根据目前防疫政策规定，需提早7+3天完成通关隔离手续(省外学生返回广东，将根据内地城市最新疫情防控办法执行）。

暑期学习

Summer Holiday Learning Plans

In order to enable students to have substantial learning arrangements and academic promotion, we will provide them with summer study plans and reading bibliography suggestions. For details. Please see the e-mail sent to parents by ASJ.

学情前测

Comprehensive Assessments

In order to enable every student to have the most suitable growth paths in ASJ, we will arrange the courses according to their actual situation.

We will conduct comprehensive assessments on August 27 and will arrange classes and form class groups between August 29 and August 30.

The details of the comprehensive assessments on August 27 are as follows:

Grades required to take the assessments

G5, G6,G7,G8,G9,G0

Schedules

8:30-12:00, August 27th for G5 and G6

(details will be announced by PYP on that day)

9:00-12:00, August 27th for G7~G10

(details will be announced by MYP on that day).

Subjects

PYP (Chinese, English, mathematics)

MYP (English, mathematics)

Please review and prepare for related subjects during the summer holidays.

新生入学注册

Student Registration Arrangement

In order to enable you to enroll ASJ in a smooth, orderly and standardized manner, you are assigned a specific time slot for registration on August 27, 2022. Please find the table below for the registration arrangement.

8:30 AM-12 PM, August 27, 2022.

(G5-G10, students are required to complete tests during this timeslot)

2 PM-4 PM, August 27, 2022.

(KG, G1-G4, G11, G12)

Registration Process: summit the documents, check the school bus information, get the school uniforms and so on)

Documents Required to Summit

1.Enrolment registration form and receipt (please find the enrolment registration form attached, print and finish the form in advance)

2.Copy of student’s Passport/ID

3.Official school report from past two school years in English(or verifiable English translation)or Chinese, excluding for G1 and Kindergarten application

4.Copy of vaccination / immunisation record

5.Medical report (Routine Physical Examination)

6.Soft copy of student photo（2 inches are acceptable）

7.Copy of Parent’s /Guardian’s Passport/ID

8.Hard copy of Award certificates in academic/non-academic related competitions held on regional/national/international level; IELTS, TOEFL or other English Proficiency Test Results

air conditioner, washing machine, bed, mattress, wardrobe, quilt cover, bed sheet, pillowslip etc.

Personal items that students need to prepare

2 cups (one in classroom, the other in dormitory), 2-3 sets of clothes, bedclothes, sports shoes, black leather shoes, black and white socks, underclothes, nightgown, bath towel, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, shower gel, shampoo, clothes hangers etc.

Pandemic Prevention Policy for students

who return Guangdong from other places

If students enter the Chinese mainland from Hong Kong / Macao / Taiwan or abroad, they are required to complete the quarantine procedures (7+3 days) in advance according to the current pandemic prevention policy (students who return Guangdong from other places shall follow the latest pandemic prevention and control measures).
