我们复课啦!欢迎“神兽”归笼

过了约两周的居家自主学习生活,我们终于复课啦。

神兽归笼,安静了许久的校园,恢复了往日的生机与活力,迎来了学生的欢声笑语与书声琅琅。


After about two weeks of study at home, we finally resume classes.

Students are coming back to the school, which restores the vitality of the school in that students' sounds echoing in all corners of the school.

复课前,ASJ各方面防疫工作有条不紊地展开,包括校园消毒、防疫物资补充、教职工健康状况排查等等。学校严格遵守流程,提前收集学生以及同住者的粤康码、行程码,保障校园安全。在此感谢家长积极配合我校的复课准备工作。


Before resumption of classes, ASJ carried out the epidemic prevention work in all aspects, including campus disinfection, replenishment of epidemic prevention and staffs’ health check, etc. The school strictly abides by the prevention process and collects the Yue Kang codes and the travel codes of all students and that of their family members so as to ensure the school’s safety. We are here to express our great gratitude for the cooperation of all parents in the preparation work of resuming classes.

许久未见,各位同学回到校园后难掩兴奋,迫不及待地开展校园活动。即便如此,学生仍遵循疫情防控的各项规定,非必要不摘下口罩、不聚集,做到科学防护,保护好自己的同时也保护好他人。


It has been a while for online classes. After returning to the school, students are so excited to take part in the school’s activities. Meanwhile, they also follow the regulations of epidemic prevention and control work and do not take off their masks and gather casually unless necessary, so as to contribute to the prevention work and protect themselves as well as others.

孩子是否有些许不适应返校生活?别担心,ASJ在这里奉上复课小贴士,助学子们顺利回归正常的学习状态。


Do the students adapt yourselves to the offline classes well? Don’t worry! Here are some tips for the resumption of classes that can help you adjust yourselves to the offline study quickly.

接纳情绪状态


孩子复课返校后,由于环境的切换、作息的改变,出现焦虑、压抑、易激惹等情绪,这是正常现象。家长要允许孩子存在适应的过程,在此过程中,接纳孩子的情绪,与孩子探讨引发情绪的原因,再引导孩子一起寻找解决方法。

提高自我效能感


帮助孩子总结线上学习的情况,表扬孩子做得好的地方,找出薄弱的知识点,鼓励孩子查漏补缺,返校后及时请教老师。“发现问题”与“解决问题”都是能力,要用积极的眼光看待孩子,让孩子不惧缺陷,勇敢前行。

增进集体融入感


鼓励孩子在做好个人防护的前提下,积极参与集体活动,与信任的同学朋友多交流多合作,建立良好的社会支持,尽快适应集体环境。

加强时间管理


指导孩子充分利用课后时间进行学习、锻炼、休闲娱乐。安排充足的亲子活动时间,倾听孩子的情绪情感,与孩子一起进行任务型活动(做家务、做饭、拼乐高等)。

After returning to school, children will experience anxiety, depression, irritability and other emotions due to changes in the environment and daily routine, which is a normal phenomenon. Parents should allow children spend time adapting to the new environment. During this process, you should accept children's emotions, discuss with children the reasons for their emotions, and then guide them to find solutions.

Improve self-efficacy



Parents should help children summarize what they have learned online, praise them for what they have done well, identify weak knowledge points, encourage children to improve weaknesses and consult the teacher in time after returning to school. "Discovering problems" and "solving problems" are important abilities. We should look at children from a positive perspective, in this case children will move forward bravely without fear of defects.

Enhance the sense of collective integration



Parents should encourage children to actively participate in group activities with good personal protection, communicate and cooperate more with trustworthy classmates and friends, establish good social support and adapt to the collective environment as soon as possible.

Arrange timetable reasonably



Parents should guide children to make full use of time for study, exercise, leisure and entertainment after school. You should spend enough time on doing parent-child activities, listening to children's emotions, and carrying out task-based activities with children such as doing housework, cooking, playing Legos, etc.).
