我们都知道5月20日是什么日子。但你知道5月25日是什么日子吗?

5月25日是全国大、中学生(包括中职学生)心理健康日,“5·25”的谐音即为“我爱我”,提醒大、中学生“珍惜生命,关爱自己”。



Accept Yourself

悦纳自己

对自己有合理清晰的认知,正确地评价自己,接纳自己,在此基础上,改进自己,发展自己。

如何做:

  1. 每个人都有优势和缺陷,思考自己在过往的生活中是如何用优势弥补缺陷的。

  2. 无需自我贬低。你很优秀,请继续坚持下去!

  3. 学会倾诉,允许自己哭,无需过度压抑自己的情绪。


Improve Self-efficacy

提高自我效能感

自我效能感,简单来说就是“我认为自己有没有能力完成某件事”。当我们拥有较高的自我效能感时,我们就会体验到满满的自信和动力!

如何做:

  1. 总结自己的成功经验,看看自己做了什么带来了成功。

  2. 制订小目标,在一个个小目标的引领下走向成功。

  3. 找到自己的榜样,向榜样学习。

Empower Yourself

自我赋能

为自己赋予某种能力和能量,让自己有力量去面对种种挑战,实现自我超越!

如何做:

  1. 经常自我奖励。比如连续一周坚持早睡,就去买一件很想要的礼物。

  2. 准备一个本子或相册,把别人对你说的觉得温暖的话以及开心的事记录下来,情绪差时看一看。

  3. 学会表扬自己。



给家长的小提醒:

关爱自己,才能更好地关爱他人。

爱自己,是爱孩子的前提哦!

请在忙碌的生活中,先照顾好自己的情绪和自己的信心!

Find a good example and learn from him or her.

You can empower yourself so that you can deal with all kinds of challenges and actualize your potential.

The suggestions on how to empower yourself are as follows:

Reward yourself when making progress. For example, if you have achieved the goal of sleeping early for a week, then you can buy yourself a present you desire for a long time.

Use a book or album to keep a record of kind words you were spoken to or happy things you experienced so that you can read the record when you are depressed and regain happiness.

Learn to praise yourself.
