You are about to leave us and start a new page. This world is filled with both opportunities and challenges. In these three years, you have shown your courage and readiness to start your new journey. There were difficulties, challenges, but you never give up. You were not scared of making mistakes, always wanting to learn more and chase your dreams.

在此，我想要提醒你们：学习的旅程从未结束。无论是继续深造还是步入职场，需要保持对世界的好奇心，让学习成为你一生的态度。因为知识是唯一能够贯穿你整个人生，帮助你不断进步的力量。

My dear students, our learning journey never ends. Whether you continue your education or start working, it is crucial to maintain curiosity about the world and let learning become your lifelong attitude. Learning new things is like a superpower that can stay with your whole life and help you keep getting better and better.

同时，不要忘记在成长的路上帮助其他人。真正的成功不仅仅体现在个人成就上，还体现在你对社会的贡献上。让你们的智慧成为社会的财富，让你们的善举成为照亮世界的光。

Meanwhile, do not forget to help others. True success is not just about what you achieve for yourself, but also about how you help others. Share your intelligence with the world and spread kindness to make the world a brighter place.

As you start a new chapter in life, remember all the good things you've learned and experienced here. Don't be afraid of what's ahead or the changes that come your way. Change can help you grow, and there are exciting new things to discover in the future.

Good afternoon, My name is Vivian Wong, a member of our grade 12 family, and I am deeply honored and privileged to be here as a representative of our graduates to welcome all of you to the graduation ceremony of JNU for Hong Kong and Macao Students and deliver a speech today.

下午好！我是G12大家庭的一员，我叫王雨薇。能够作为毕业生代表致辞，我深感荣幸。 在此，欢迎各位莅临广州暨大港澳子弟学校的毕业典礼。

How many of you had been looking forward to this day with excitement, but now have mixed feelings? We have completed high school and are now preparing to enter the campus of college. Congratulations to all of us, who not only bid farewell to the troubles and confusion of the past but also turn over the new chapter of the book of life which is full of unknowns and adventures we are going to explore.

有多少同学曾对毕业这一天怀揣着无尽的憧憬，然而当它真正到来时，心头却涌上一股莫名复杂的情感？今天，我们即将与ASJ 道别，踏进大学校园。在此，我衷心向每一位同学献上最真挚的祝福。今天我们不仅是在告别过去的迷茫与困惑，更是揭开人生崭新篇章的序幕。我深信，这一章将为我们记录一段充满机遇与挑战的辉煌旅程。

Time flies ruthlessly, I always remember the unforgettable memories we shared over the past three years. Let us also take a moment to recall those precious and meaningful events we have participated in here at ASJ that have truly helped us grow. The most impressive event for me is the Winter Warmth Charity Sale, where all the houses in our school energetically set up multiple stalls, selling handicrafts and snacks. Despite being divided into different houses during the annual Sports Days, we stood united in a tug of war, shoulder to shoulder. Whether it was the Bauhinia English Festivals or the study tour to Hong Kong, these experiences broadened our horizons and enriched our knowledge through extra-curricular learning. These experiences have acted as an invisible bond that holds us together and empowers us to conquer the mountain of darkness and gaze upon the sunrise on the horizon.

过去的三年转瞬即逝，却也在我们心中留下了不可磨灭的印记。环顾四周，校园的各个角落都留下了着我们的欢声笑语，我们在彼此的陪伴中不断蜕变。我至今仍清晰记得，在温暖冬暨慈善义卖活动中，我们四大社团的同学们热情洋溢地准备各种摊位，将心意融入每一件手工艺品和每一份美食中，为慈善事业贡献自己的一份力量。陆运会上，我们化身为各社团的英勇战士，挥洒汗水，争夺荣誉。在拔河比赛中，我们更是团结一致，共同为胜利而奋斗。紫荆花英语节与香港游学之旅，更是让我们的视野得以拓宽，丰富我们的学识。这些宝贵的经历犹如一条隐形的纽带，将我们紧紧相连，让我们在彼此的支持与鼓励中不断前行。

To be honest, there were times when we felt exhausted from the relentless pursuit in the race. Every time we faced the challenges brought by COVID, the crazy-long data files, essays, and the strict school rules, we felt overwhelmed. However, we wouldn’t have grown into the mature and resilient adults today without them!

当然，成长的道路并非一帆风顺。面对新冠的肆虐、高难度的 data file 、英语作文以及严格的校规，我们也曾感到疲惫不堪、力不从心。但正是这些挑战与困难，激发了我们内心深处的潜能与勇气。这一切的磨砺让我们成长并学会在逆境中保持韧性、勇往直前。

Indeed, the road to the future is not easy to predict. So, we should fully enjoy the present and always cherish the wonderful memories we have made together. At this point, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our principals and teachers for their guidance and enlightenment. Of course, we should also show our deepest appreciation for the constant companionship and love that came from our friends and parents. It’s through their encouragement and support that we were able to meet and thrive here.

未来世界如幻如梦，每一刻都充满了未知与变量。正因如此，我们更要珍视眼前这段美好时光。在这特别的时刻，我要向敬爱的校长和辛勤付出的老师们，献上我最真挚的感谢。是你们用知识的光芒照亮了我们前行的道路。同时，我也要向那些始终陪伴在我们身边，给予我们无尽爱与支持的家长和朋友们，表达最深切的感谢。是你们温暖的鼓励和支持，造就了我们在 ASJ 的相遇和成长。

Mr. Alfred Bernhard Nobel, the founder of the Nobel Prize once said, "Life is a precious stone given by nature so that mankind can carve it." When compared to great nature, we may see ourselves as a speck of dust in the desert, a diminutive star in the vast galaxy, or a solitary sailing ship finding its way on a boundless sea. No matter how small we may seem, we must not forget that we always mean the whole world to our families and school who are the oasis in the desert that nurtures us, the brightest star that guides us through the darkest times, and the safe cocoon where we can always find peace and solace.

诺贝尔奖的创始人 Alfred Bernhard Nobel 曾说 「生命，是自然赋与人类去雕琢的宝石」。在偌大的沙漠，在浩瀚的宇宙，在漫天飘浮的尘埃和星河光尘中，我们是渺小的存在。与浩大的自然较之，我们宛如一艘在无垠海洋上独自航行的小船，微不足道，但请相信，对于家人和 ASJ 而言，我们就是他们眼中的璀璨星辰。同样，他们也是我们生命中不可或缺的存在。他们是沙漠中的绿洲，滋养我们，是黑暗中永恒的明星，引领我们，也是给予我们安慰与宁静的安全港湾，无私地关爱我们。

As we graduate from ASJ today, let us carry with us the immense love and support we have received and bravely embrace the endless opportunities that lie ahead. Remember our mission and make a positive contribution to our society, our country, and even the world. It is the best time for us to carve our path bravely and make the most of this precious stone called life!

如今，我们即将扬帆起航，去探索那未知而充满挑战的未来世界。让我们带着家人和学校无尽的祝福与期待，勇敢地踏上这段新的旅程。愿我们不忘初心，努力成为那个最耀眼的存在，为社会、国家、乃至世界作出贡献。愿我们都能大胆地雕琢这块名为「生命」的宝石！

我是G12G班王若晴的妈妈，感谢ASJ的邀请，给我这次机会，让我分享自己对于学校的体验以及孩子成长阶段的喜与乐,对此，我倍感荣幸。

I am the mother of Sunny Wong, a 12th grader at ASJ. Thank you so much for inviting me. It’s truly an honor to share my experience and the joy of witnessing my child's growth at this school.

很荣幸近距离感受到学校领导和老师们知性的面孔及各自风采，比如谭校的儒雅、封校的严谨、Jason的担当，Kathy的大气，Eric的内涵， Tomas 的博学、Carol的仁厚,Lily的耐心，孙老师的和善，体育老师的激情，还有肖老师，你的那份责任感和进取心，给孩子们留下了难以磨灭的印象。感谢你们，所有的ASJ教职员工，你们给孩子们树立了一个丰满的人设，让他们提前找到了自己成长的样榜。

It ia a profound privilege to have this opportunity to meet the esteemed members of our school's administration board and exceptional teaching team. I truly appreciate Mr. Tam's gracefulness, Ms. Feng's commitment to integrity, Kathy's confidence and elegance, Eric's refined character, Thomas's profound knowledge, Carol's boundless compassion, Lily's remarkable patience, David's genuine kindness, Jack's fervent passion, as well as Kevin's strong sense of responsibility and kindness. I am grateful that each and every one of you has had a positive impact on our children and are their role models. Without your guidance and support, our children would not have found their way and become the adults they are today.

很荣幸通过ASJ结识这么多优秀的家长，感谢ASJ，让我们有缘相识，如果没有这个平台，即使我们擦肩而过，也不过是陌生人。

Without ASJ, we could have just stayed strangers. Thank you for allowing me to meet so many wonderful parents here. I feel so fortunate for that.

很荣幸看到孩子们天使般的面孔和鲜花般绽放的笑脸，你们是幸福的。感谢你们，用童年天真娱乐我们，用少年烦躁折腾我们，用00后的简单直接教导我们，打磨我们的性格，培养我们的生活技能，给予我们再次成长的勇气。多年以来，我们的身上除了岁月的痕迹全都是你们改造的痕迹。但是今天，我仿佛已看见未来的光明，那是你们灯塔般的身影在闪闪发光。

Today, I am overjoyed to see the beaming smiles on our children's faces today. They are truly blessed. In this cherished moment, I want to thank our beloved children. Thank you for increasing our patience and tolerance in your teenage years. You might see the wrinkles and lines on our faces that mark the days and years we have spent learning how to become better parents. Thank you for helping us. Over the years, we have experienced both success and failure. Today, I have to say that my heart is filled with hope and aspiration: I believe that each and every one of you will have a bright future. I can see the light shining on you.

祝福你们，ASJ的学习生活虽然不能全如你愿，但“每个孩子都能获得成功！”这是学校的愿景，也是今天的收获。接下来，你们的大学生活精彩纷呈，它将奠定你的学识、拓展你的视野、铸就你的人格、造就你的未来，愿你们放胆追风、大胆筑梦！今天，记得把你的名字留在学校的荣誉墙上，若干年后，你们的签名将弥足珍贵，学校也将因你倍感自豪。

I hope you know that even if your time here at ASJ was not everything you expected, you still should be very proud of yourself: You’ve kept the school's vision alive. Every child can succeed! As you embark on your new journey, you’ll find many exciting opportunities. Higher education is a place where you can broaden your horizons, develop your character, and pave your way for the future. We hope you can fearlessly pursue your dreams and have a bright future! As you leave school today, remember to put your name on the school's honor wall. I assure you that one day, your name will bring great pride to ASJ.

还记得第一次来ASJ，招生办龙老师热情以待，带我们参观校园。在学生宿舍，我看到井然有序的严谨，在篮球场上，我找到了青春原本的模样，在教室外的走道，我感受到宽严有度的秩序。几年过去，学校已换新貌，孩子们也已长大成人。

I vividly recall my first visit to ASJ. Mr. Long, our admissions officer, was so welcoming and eager when he showed us around the campus. Together, we visited the dormitory, and I was amazed by how neat and well-organized everything was. I also recall feeling the campus’ youthful energy as I walked past the basketball court. The disciplined environment in which ASJ students were studying as I walked down the corridors of the teaching buildings was impressive. It’s hard to believe how time flies. Over the years, both ASJ and our children have undergone remarkable changes. This school has been renovated, while our children have grown into mature adults.

祝福ASJ,所有过往,皆为序章，所有未来,皆可期盼。愿新的征途，再出发、再超越、再引领。待回首，桃李已满天下，鸿图已成伟业。

I hope the time that has passed was just a prologue to ASJ's future success. In the future, I wish ASJ all the best. Now, it's time for us to start the next chapter of our life. Let’s prepare to shine bigger and brighter in our next stage! Someday, may we find ASJers in every corner of the world, and may we always live out our mission!

Today, you have completed your journey to middle school, but this is not the end, but a new starting point for climbing to new heights. The future college life will be full of many challenges. However, as a graduate of ASJ, we have deeply ingrained the life motto of "bravely climbing to the top" into your hearts. We believe that you will use your incomparable wisdom, perseverance and courage to conquer the difficulties and dangers on the road to college and show your charm in life! We also believe that no matter where you go, you will inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of ASJ and add a strong mark to your life's book of honor.
