严把校园安全关，我们在行动

为切实保障春季开学期间师生安全健康和校园持续稳定，认真贯彻落实上级要求，2月7日上午，封岩执行校长带队，学校办公室、保卫处、后勤处联合校外消防安全专家共同开展校园疫情防控、校园安全工作大检查，全力筑牢校园安全防线。

In order to ensure the safety and health of teachers and students and the continued stability of the campus during the start of the spring school year, we earnestly implemented the requirements of our superiors. On the morning of February 7, Executive Principal Jessica Feng led a team of the School Office, the Security Office and the Logistics Office, together with external fire safety experts, to carry out a major inspection of campus pandemic prevention and campus safety work. We made every effort to build a firm line of defence for campus safety.

学校一直以来高度重视疫情防控工作，制定了完善的开学防控工作方案。保安处和后勤处现场进行了入校流程演练，并检查相关防疫设施设备，确保防疫设施正常运行，防疫措施切实有效。

ASJ has permanently attached great importance to the prevention and control of pandemics. We have formulated a comprehensive prevention and control work plan for the start of the school year. The Security Office and the Logistics Office conducted on-site drills on the entry process and checked relevant pandemic prevention facilities and equipment. We will ensure that the pandemic prevention facilities are functioning properly and that the pandemic prevention measures are effective.

接着，封岩执行校长带领各部负责人对我校保卫处、行政楼、各学部教学楼、学生寝室、食堂、实验室等重要场所的用水用电、设施安全、卫生清洁、消毒工作等进行了深入、细致地排查，并重点对学校的安保制度、突发事件应急制度、安全防范措施的落实等进行了检查，确保各项准备工作落实到位。

Moreover, Executive Principal Jessica Feng led the heads of departments to conduct an in-depth and detailed inspection of water and electricity, facility safety, hygiene and cleaning, disinfection and other vital places in our school, such as the administration building, teaching buildings of all academic departments, student dormitories, canteens and laboratories. At the same time, the focus was on the ASJ's security system, emergency response system and the implementation of safety precautions to ensure that all preparations were in place.

当天下午，学校组织召开新学期学校安保专题会议，ASJ坚信，“校园安全重于泰山”。学校高度重视、高度警觉，把安全工作摆在突出位置，不断强化各项措施，做到警钟长鸣、常抓不懈。针对此次检查中发现的问题，保卫处、后勤处将联系相关单位及时整改，同时继续巩固检查成果，深入推进安全隐患排查整治常态化长效化，努力为全校师生营造更加安全和谐的校园环境。

ASJ organised a conference on school security for the new term in the afternoon. Chief Principal Cheng King Leung expressed that “Campus security is of paramount importance.” All departments should give high priority to putting security at the forefront. We have to continuously strengthen the measures and make sure that the alarm bells are ringing and constant. In response to the problems found in this inspection, the Security Office and the Logistics Office will promptly contact relevant departments to rectify the situation while consolidating the inspection results. ASJ will further promote the normalisation and long-term effect of safety hazard investigation and rectification. We will strive to create a safer and more harmonious campus environment for all students and teachers.

广州暨大港澳子弟学校返校通知

为了做好学校春节期间新冠疫情肺炎防控，为了校园安全，为了学生的健康成长，特做如下温馨提示：

In order to strictly comply with the requirements for the prevention and control of the pandemic, the following tips are offered to ensure the health and safety of ASJ teachers and students:

1、做好返校旅途中个人防护，全程佩戴口罩，保持安全距离，做好健康监测，同时保存好返校票如有疫情发生时方便查询。

Please protect yourself on the trip back to school by wearing masks throughout the journey, keeping 1-meter distancing and keep your travel documents for reference in case of pandemics.

2、为降低疫情发生的风险，师生原则上必须直接返校 ，不得中途逗留，请合理安排时间，随身所带物品合理分配好，同时建议家长自驾车送返校，力争直接到校口。为了落实校园安全管理，家长一律不得进校。

Principally, teachers and students must return to school directly and staying halfway is not suggested. Parents are advised to drive the students back to the school directly to the school entrance. Please arrange your time reasonably and distribute your belongings properly. Out-of-school personnel and parents are not allowed to enter ASJ.

3、如有发热师生、干咳、咽痛、乏力、嗅味觉减退肌肉酸痛、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、腹泻等情况暂缓返校，待治愈后凭医学诊断证明返校。

If you have any discomfort such as fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, diarrhoea, etc., please seek medical advice and report to your school promptly. You are advised to return to ASJ healthily with medical diagnosis.

4、健康码黄码人员，要履行个人防护责任，主动配合健康监测和核酸监测，在未排除感染风险前不宜返校。

People with yellow health codes are not advised to return to ASJ before excluding the risk of infection. They shall bear their responsibilities to keep social distancing with others and report to their residential committees (township committee), their work units, or the hotels in time to cooperate with the health institutions and take pandemic prevention measures.

5、离穗后，从国内低风险返回学校的师生建议自愿主动做一次核酸监测后返校。

Teachers and students who have travelled to low-risk regions shall take the initiative to implement health management measures and finish a COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Test.

6、从境外或者国内中高风险地区的返回师生，必须按照规定落实隔离 ，监测等防控措施，持解除隔离相关证明后且经校医核对后方可返校 ，未经允许不得进入学校。

Teachers and students who return from overseas or medium, high-risk regions must implement quarantine, monitoring and other prevention and control measures as required. Only after being released from quarantine and checked by ASJ can they return to ASJ.

7. 有本土阳性感染者或确诊病例报告的地市来（返）穗人员，实施3天居家健康监测+11天自我健康监测(第1,3,14天监测新冠病毒核酸)。

（备注：居家健康监测非居家隔离，可在校居家健康监测，非必要不外出）

People from cities with local COVIQ-19 positive cases are asked to complete home health monitoring for 3 days and self-health monitoring for 11 days (COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Tests will be conducted on the 1st, the 3rd and the 14th day).

(Note: home health monitoring can be conducted at school. To stress, unnecessary exterior activities will be reduced.)

8. 根据疾控最新消息：深圳、惠州 、云浮、梅州、河源都有阳性案例，这些地方的来（返）穗人员，请持48小时核酸结果返校。

The teachers or students who have been to Shenzhen, Huizhou, Yunfu, Meizhou and Heyuan are asked to hold negative results within 48 hours in nucleic acid test of COVID-19 before they return to ASJ.
