2021粤港澳大湾区中小学校长论坛于11月13-14日在广东佛山及香港两地同步举行。论坛由广东省教育研究院,粤港澳大湾区中小学校长联合会, 佛山市教育局主办,北京师范大学中国教育创新研究院,佛山市顺德区教育局,佛山市顺德区罗定邦中学,香港罗定邦中学协办。


The 2021 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Primary and Secondary School Principals Forum was held simultaneously in Foshan City, Guangdong Province and Hong Kong on November 13-14. The forum was hosted by Guangdong Academy of Education, The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Primary and Secondary School Principals Federation, and the Foshan Bureau of Education. The co-organizers were China Education Innovation Institute of Beijing Normal University, Foshan Shunde District Bureau of Education, Foshan Shunde Luodingbang Middle School, and Hong Kong Law Ting Pong Secondary School.


本届论坛围绕主题“迈向教育发展新征程:粤港澳大湾区基础教育高质量展的实现路径”,约200名来自粤港澳三地的中小学校长、教育界专家学者出席开幕式,展开讨论。

The forum focused on the theme of "Towards a New Journey of Education Development: The Path of Realizing High-Quality Development of Basic Education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area," with about 200 primary and secondary school principals, education experts, and scholars from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao attending.


我校总校长郑景亮先生受邀出席,并作了主题为《大湾区素质教育初探》的主旨报告。


Mr. Cheung King Leung, Chief Principal of ASJ, was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "A First Look at Quality Education in the Greater Bay Area."




郑总校长首先介绍了广州暨大港澳子弟学校概况,我校是以为“暨大本色,湾区底色,港澳特色”发展定位。学校以IB课程理念贯穿整个K15阶段,以香港课程为核心,以国民教育为基础,主打“IB+港澳融创课程+HKDSE”课程体系

Mr. Cheung firstly gave an overview of Affiliated School of JNU For Hong Kong And Macao Students. Positioning as" the tradition of Jinan University, the vision of the Greater Bay Area,the characteristics of Hong Kong and Macao" the school takes the IB curriculum concept throughout the K15 stage, the Hong Kong curriculum as the core, and the national education as the foundation. It focuses on the "IB + Hong Kong and Macao Integrated Program + HKDSE" curriculum system.


之后,郑总校长表达了关于大湾区素质教育的理解。探索、建设素质教育课程将成为大湾区教育的重要内容。大湾区所需的素质教育课程是对未来素质教育课程设计的探究,课程必须依据现代教育理论来设置,除建构适当适度的知识框架内容外,更必须具备未来建设者应具备的能力和特质。

Following the school introduction, Mr.Cheung explained his understanding of quality education in the Greater Bay Area. Exploration and construction of quality education curriculum will become an important part of education in the Greater Bay Area. The quality education curriculum needed in the Greater Bay Area is an exploration of the design of the future quality education curriculum, which must be set according to modern educational theory. In addition to constructing appropriate and moderate content of knowledge framework, it must include the abilities and traits that future builders should have.





郑总校长分析,在建设素质教育课程中有几点值得注意:

Mr. Cheung analyzed that there are several points worth noting in building a quality education curriculum:


要准确贯彻“一国两制”,必须做好爱国教育,让爱国爱港者治港;

To accurately implement "one country, two systems," we must do an excellent job of patriotic education so that those who love the country and love Hong Kong can manage Hong Kong.


湾区成为国际科创中心,打造出高水平科技创新载体及平台,基础教育必须有崭新的资讯科技教育课程,培养新的资讯科技知识之外,更重视培养未来建设者的解难、探究及创新能力;

To make the Greater Bay Area an international science and technology innovation center, and to create a high-level technology innovation carrier and platform.


大湾区作为中国的南大门,要推进并支撑“一带一路”的商贸发展,必须有大量具备外语能力的人才,尤其是解和熟悉“一带一路”沿线国家语言和文化的人才

As the southern gateway of China, the Greater Bay Area must have a large number of talents with foreign language skills, especially those who understand and are familiar with the languages and cultures of countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" to promote and support the development of commerce and trade.


最后,要协助国家履行国际公民责任,完成碳达峰及碳中和的目标,绿色环保教育及实践也是未来大湾区建设者的担当。

Finally, green & environmental protection education and practices are also the responsibility of the future builders of the Greater Bay Area, they need to help the country fulfill its international civic obligations, achieve its carbon dioxide emission peak and carbon neutrality goals.



最后,郑总校长分享了自己对于中国特色国际学校的发展建议。郑总校长认为,打造中国特色的国际学校涉及到粤港澳三地课程融合和推广,牵涉面广,要突破的政策瓶颈较多,有必要建立大湾区国际教育的合作平台,创新工作机制,加强粤港双方的合作,政府相关部门可以给予一定的政策支持,解决当前比较突出的问题,从而保障各项工作的顺利进行。

Last but not least, Mr. Cheung shared his advice on the development of international schools with Chinese characteristics. Mr. Cheung believed that work related to building an international school with Chinese characteristics was wide-ranging and involved the integration and promotion of curricula in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. As there are many policy bottlenecks to break through, it was necessary to establish a cooperation platform for international education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to innovate the working mechanism and strengthen cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong. Relevant government departments may give policy support to solve current particular concerns to ensure the smooth progress of work.



此外,本次论坛在迈向教育发展新征程:粤港澳大湾区基础教育高质量展的实现路径”主题的基础上,展开了十大议题讨论,借此机会和大家分享。
